Cosmonav Ltd is a high standard qualified Crewing and Marine Consulting company located in Nicosia, Cyprus which was established and in March 2018.

It is in absolute compliance with MLC 2006 requirements and ISO 9001–2015 quality standards has been certificated by DNV, being in possession of.

  • DNV Standard for Certification of Crew Manning Offices, Private Recruitment & Placement Services, Part 2 based on the requirements of MLC 2006 Reg. 1.4
  • DNV ISO 9001-2015 Quality Certification for Seafarers Recruitment & Placement Services
  • It has been also accredited and properly licensed by the Republic of CYPRUS Ministry of Labor, Shipping Department.

Founder

Cosmonav was founded by Capt. Nikolaos Koulouris, with extensive experience in shipboard and maritime business management, having over than 45 calendar years in shipping industry – 25 years as seaman and 20 as shore Staff, when Cosmonav was established.
